顶部布局：快速软帘门（快速卷帘门）的传念头构安装在门洞顶部机箱内，机箱由厚2毫米厚镀锌钢板制作而成两头端由厚6毫米钢板制作，在端板上设有安装卷轴轴承，驱动电机，平均体系构件的安装座和安装孔，钢板表面经喷塑处分成客户要求的颜色。卷轴安装于机箱内，由卷筒、轴端、轴承座等构成。卷筒尺寸根据门洞高、宽尺寸经过计较，选定合理尺寸，在这个门上，卷筒直径为219毫米。

Top layout: The transmission mechanism of the fast soft shutter door (fast rolling shutter door) is installed in the top chassis of the door opening. The chassis is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate, and the two ends are made of 6mm thick steel plate. The end plate is equipped with mounting roller bearings, drive motors, and installation seats and holes for the average system components. The surface of the steel plate is sprayed with plastic to the color required by the customer. The scroll is installed inside the chassis and consists of a drum, shaft end, bearing seat, etc. The size of the drum is calculated based on the height and width of the door opening, and a reasonable size is selected. On this door, the diameter of the drum is 219 millimeters.

导槽箱：导槽箱由厚2毫米镀锌钢板制作，立于门洞二侧固定于墙面，机箱则置于导槽箱顶部通过螺栓与导槽箱及墙面固定。导槽箱导槽二侧固定有密封毛条，以包管必然的密封要求，在导槽箱的底部离地大概1m高地位，则预留有红外线监测器的安装地位。导槽箱经喷塑处分，与机箱同色，导槽里部的毛刷抵住帘布以限制帘布不会离开导槽，这样当车子撞到门的时候，门帘会离开导槽，从而以免门体损坏。

Guide box: The guide box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate and is fixed to the wall on both sides of the door opening. The chassis is placed on the top of the guide box and fixed to the guide box and wall through bolts. The two sides of the guide groove in the guide groove box are fixed with sealing strips to ensure the necessary sealing requirements. At a height of about 1 meter from the ground at the bottom of the guide groove box, there is reserved installation space for infrared monitors. The guide groove box is sprayed with plastic and is of the same color as the chassis. The brush inside the guide groove is pressed against the curtain to prevent it from leaving the guide groove. This way, when the car collides with the door, the door curtain will leave the guide groove to prevent damage to the door body.

帘布：帘布分段制作，每段高度大概为700毫米摆布，各段帘布通过特制的铝质抗风条联接成一整体帘布，帘布厚1.2毫米,具有强度高、抗打击、不易刺穿等好处。还可选用δ=2毫米的透明PVC质料制作帘布或部份选用透明PVC质料制作帘布，以便观察软帘门二侧的环境，在帘布的底部设有铝质底梁，及防撞软袋帘布的顶部通过螺钉和压条固定在卷筒上。

Curtain fabric: The curtain fabric is made in sections, with each section being approximately 700 millimeters high and arranged together. Each section of the curtain fabric is connected to form a whole through specially made aluminum wind resistant strips, with a thickness of 1.2 millimeters. The curtain fabric has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance, and is not easily punctured. Optional δ= 2mm transparent PVC material is used to make curtains, or partially transparent PVC material is used to make curtains, in order to observe the environment on both sides of the soft curtain door. There is an aluminum bottom beam at the bottom of the curtain, and the top of the anti-collision soft bag curtain is fixed to the drum by screws and pressure strips.

驱动装置：通过延缓马达干脆驱动软帘门转轴，根据提升速度的要求选用差别速比的延缓器，到达所要求的提升速度，非常快速度可到达80cm/s以上。控制清晰采用变频控制，使帘布运行时做到缓起动缓休止，并可使帘布到位自停，及在运行过程当中休止行动。

Drive device: By delaying the motor and simply driving the soft curtain door shaft, a delay device with different speed ratios is selected according to the lifting speed requirements to achieve the required lifting speed, which can reach a very fast speed of over 80cm/s. Clear control adopts variable frequency control to achieve slow start and slow stop during the operation of the curtain, and can make the curtain in place and stop automatically during operation.

控制：软帘门设有控制箱，可在控制箱操纵“开”“停”“关”并可在控制箱的另一侧墙面设控制按钮操纵“开”“停”“关”。可根据需求选配遥控操纵和雷达探测或地磁感应自动开关门，在门洞二侧设有红外线监测装置，当门体行动时有障碍物穿越门洞时，帘布行动将休止，或回复到开门状况。

Control: The soft curtain door is equipped with a control box, which can be operated to "open", "stop", and "close". A control button can be set on the other wall of the control box to operate "open", "stop", and "close". Remote control and radar detection or geomagnetic induction automatic door opening and closing can be selected according to needs. There is an infrared monitoring device on both sides of the door opening. When an obstacle passes through the door opening during the movement of the door body, the curtain movement will stop or return to the door opening status.
