快速卷帘门的传动机构安装在门洞顶部机箱内，机箱由厚2mm厚镀锌钢板制作而成两端端由厚6mm钢板制作，在端板上设有安装卷轴轴承，驱动电机，平衡系统构件的安装座和安装孔，钢板表面经喷塑处理成客户要求的色彩。卷轴安装于机箱内，由卷筒、轴端、轴承座等组成。卷筒尺寸根据门洞高、宽尺寸经过计算，选择合理尺寸，在这个门上，卷筒直径为219mm。

The transmission mechanism of the fast Roller shutter is installed in the box at the top of the door opening. The box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate. Both ends of the box are made of 6mm thick steel plate. The end plate is equipped with mounting seats and mounting holes for installing reel bearings, driving motors, and balancing system components. The reel is installed inside the chassis and consists of a drum, shaft end, bearing seat, etc. The size of the drum is calculated based on the height and width of the door opening, and a reasonable size is selected. On this door, the diameter of the drum is 219mm.

2、导槽箱

导槽箱由厚2mm镀锌钢板制作，立于门洞二侧固定于墙面，机箱则置于导槽箱顶部通过螺栓与导槽箱及墙面固定。导槽箱导槽二侧固定有密封毛条，以保证一定的密封要求，在导槽箱的底部离地约1m高位置，则预留有红外线监测器的安装位置。快速卷帘门的导槽箱经喷塑处理，与机箱同色，导槽里部的毛刷抵住帘布以限制帘布不会脱离导槽，这样当车子撞到门的时候，门帘会脱离导槽，从而避免快速卷帘门体受到损坏。

3、帘布

快速卷帘门的帘布可分段制作，每段高度约为700mm左右，各段帘布通过特制的铝质抗风条联接成一整体帘布，具有强度高、抗冲击、不易刺穿等优点。此外，我们还可选用透明PVC材料制作帘布或部份选用透明PVC材料制作帘布，以便观察软帘门二侧的情况，在帘布的底部设有铝质底梁，及防撞软袋帘布的顶部通过螺钉和压条固定在卷筒上。

4、驱动装置

通过减速马达直接驱动软帘门转轴，根据快速卷帘门提升速度的要求选用不同速比的减速器，达到所要求的提升速度，快者速度可达到80cm/s以上。控制线路采用变频控制，使帘布运行时做到缓起动缓停止，并可使帘布到位自停，及在运行过程中停止运动。

快速卷帘门设有控制箱，可在控制箱操作“开”、“停”、“关”，并可在控制箱的另一侧墙面设控制按钮操作“开”、“停”、“关”。快速卷帘门可根据需要选配遥控操作和雷达探测或地磁感应自动开关门，在门洞二侧设有红外线监测装置，当门体运动时有障碍物穿越门洞时，帘布运动将停止，或回复到开门状态。
